Service Description
Document & Organization Support is a hands-on service designed to help elders and families organize important information and complete essential non-legal paperwork. This session focuses on practical organization and completion support to reduce stress, confusion, and last-minute scrambling during emergencies or transitions. During this session, we may: • Sort and organize personal, medical, or household documents • Assist with completing non-legal forms • Help create organized binders or digital folders • Clarify where important information should be stored • Identify missing documents and next steps This service does not include legal advice, legal document preparation, or financial advising. All work is completed with the client or family present.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your appointment time. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited. No-Shows If a client does not attend their scheduled session and does not provide notice, the session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Refunds Completed sessions are non-refundable. If Angels of Completion needs to cancel a session, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Late Arrivals Sessions will end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect other bookings. Conduct Angels of Completion maintains a respectful, professional environment. Sessions may be ended without refund if a client engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior.
