Service Description
The Gentle Planning Session is designed for elders and families who want to organize important information, plan ahead, and reduce stress before a crisis occurs. This session is paced thoughtfully and respectfully, allowing time to talk through concerns, clarify priorities, and begin organizing essential information in a way that feels manageable and dignified. During this session, we will: • Review important personal and household information • Discuss emergency planning and future needs • Identify key documents that should be organized or located • Help create a clear, simple plan for next steps • Encourage family participation when appropriate This is a planning and organization session only. No legal advice is provided, and no legal documents are drafted or filed during this service. If hands-on organization or document support is needed afterward, a Document & Organization Support session can be booked separately.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your appointment time. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited. No-Shows If a client does not attend their scheduled session and does not provide notice, the session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Refunds Completed sessions are non-refundable. If Angels of Completion needs to cancel a session, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Late Arrivals Sessions will end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect other bookings. Conduct Angels of Completion maintains a respectful, professional environment. Sessions may be ended without refund if a client engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior.
